Born in Iran in 1937,
Has lived in Paris since 1961.
Charles-Hossein Zenderoudi
has created the artistic movement of "Sagha-Khaneh" since 1959.
He has executed the original stereography accompanying the text of Koran.
This work, published in 1972,
has received the international prize of "the most beautiful book of the year in the world",
presented by UNESCO. His illustrated book on Hafez, Dance of Life, is also famous.
Zenderoudi has realized many works all over the world during his career:
interventions In-situ, architectural integrations, painting,
ceramic work, sculpture, weaving and tapestry..
.among which the monumental works
at Riyaz and Jaddeh Airport, in Saudi Arabia are famous.
UNESCO and the University of Sorbonne in Paris,
have invited Zenderoudi, to hold conferences.
