born in Qazvin - Iran in 1947.
He passed his elementary and secondary school studies is Qazvin. Later on he was graduated from The University of Tehran and received the bachelor degree in judicial Law as well as his license of attorney - at - law of the justice Administration. Since the beginning of his studies he showed a profound interest in painting and this interest of his was flourished through the instructions of Ahmad Kamkari, a master in painting.
He chose watercolor as an efficient means to reflect and manifest brilliantly the secrets and enigma of the nature. Deeply fascinated by nature, Vosough Ahmadi, later on enjoyed the instructions given by other masters in painting as the late Ali Eshraghi and Ali Ali Akbar Sanati. Having worked diligently and restlessly for thirty five years in the field of Watercolor as the naturalist and in a liberal style, he was honored to be conferred on several Appreciation and Souvenir Tablets by a number of Artistic Societies and took part in several individual and group painting exhibitions in Iran and outside of Iran.
